A clever “portable cleat” for use on any wooden dock. Insert between the planks, twist 90° and you have a ring for attaching a dock line. Made of heavy duty steel (5/16″, 8 mm), tested to hold even in wave action. Great for use with dinghies and PWC, too. Heavy-duty, zinc-coated steel.
